Senior Account Manager TKWW Ireland is a full-time direct hire opportunity based in Galway, Ireland, with TKWW International Limited. This role is responsible for managing and growing vendor partnerships within the TKWW WeddingPro vendor base while meeting or exceeding unit and revenue retention expectations.

The successful candidate will build consultative relationships with SMB and mid-market vendor accounts, support customer retention, manage renewals, improve vendor satisfaction, and help partners achieve stronger results through TKWW products.

This role is ideal for an experienced account manager with a strong background in SaaS, retention, renewals, revenue growth, customer success, or consultative account management.

About the Role

The Senior Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and growing a regional or territory-based book of business within the TKWW WeddingPro vendor base. The role focuses on revenue retention, vendor success, renewal management, partner advocacy, and account growth.

You will develop consultative relationships with assigned accounts and work closely with vendors to help them achieve strong results through TKWW products. This includes advising vendors on storefront content, lead response cadence, product usage, business performance, and long-term partnership success.

Key Responsibilities

Consultative Partnership

  • Build strong relationships with key vendor contacts.
  • Consult proactively with vendors in the SMB and mid-market space.
  • Advise vendors on how to achieve better results with TKWW products.
  • Support vendors with storefront content strategy and lead response cadence.
  • Develop long-term account relationships based on trust, value, and performance.

Revenue and Retention Management

  • Maintain ownership and accountability for a regional or territory-based book of business.
  • Work toward monthly Annual Contract Value targets.
  • Support revenue retention and long-term customer value.
  • Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to improve vendor outcomes.
  • Manage higher-impact vendor relationships with strong commercial focus.

Direct Retention

  • Directly own vendor retention activities.
  • Manage manual renewals and auto-renewals.
  • Handle save opportunities when vendors request cancellation or downgrade.
  • Identify both obvious and subtle cancellation risks.
  • Use consultative problem-solving to improve retention outcomes.

Vendor Advocacy

  • Champion vendor sentiment through proactive outreach.
  • Act as the voice of the vendor within the business.
  • Share feedback that helps leadership improve vendor satisfaction.
  • Support initiatives that improve long-term vendor lifetime value.
  • Promote stronger communication between vendors and internal teams.

Strategy and Communication

  • Contribute to the redesign of vendor communication flows.
  • Support improvements to email strategy.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for vendor communication and account management.
  • Provide insights that improve customer engagement and retention.

Onboarding and Performance

  • Conduct assigned account onboarding for new vendors.
  • Set new vendors up for immediate success.
  • Ensure full compliance with data, record-keeping, and reporting requirements.
  • Track vendor performance and support ongoing account success.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, actions, and outcomes.

Technical Leadership

  • Act as a primary point of contact for new hires.
  • Serve as a go-to resource for technical issues.
  • Support product-related queries.
  • Help team members understand tools, processes, and vendor support requirements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with internal teams to support strategic initiatives.
  • Help resolve complex vendor issues.
  • Support operational improvements across account management activities.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to improve vendor experience and business outcomes.

Candidate Requirements

Successful Account Managers should have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a consultative renewal, retention, expansion, or cancellation role.
  • Experience in a SaaS or similar business environment.
  • Proven ability to meet revenue goals and customer performance targets.
  • Experience owning a smaller, higher revenue or higher impact book of business.
  • Comfort with direct accountability for customer outcomes.
  • Strong influencing and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to guide customers toward positive decisions in different situations.
  • Excellent written, verbal, virtual, and in-person communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Suite, and Gong.ai.
  • Ability to use tools to track interactions, optimize outreach, and improve retention.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Ability to explain data and analytics clearly to vendors.
