Job Summary
The Product Operations Lead is a member of the store leadership team with responsibility for executing the store’s product strategy, including product operations and inventory management. This role leads inventory shifts, oversees all back-of-house (BOH) product operations, and ensures that both the sales floor and BOH are consistently stocked and well organized. The Product Operations Lead contributes input to team member performance evaluations, provides recommendations related to store hiring decisions, and serves as Supervisor on Duty (SOD) while leading inventory shifts. When scheduled on the floor, the role is also accountable for delivering a world-class guest (customer) experience.
Core Responsibilities of the Job

Collaborate with store leadership to execute and support the store’s product strategy.

Proactively plan, prioritize, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities in alignment with standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Ensure timely execution of product actions, including pullbacks, consolidations, and repricing.

Engage team members in inventory management by fostering a productive and positive shift environment.

Monitor product levels and communicate insights to support sell-through strategies and optimal product availability for guests.

Review and interpret daily business data and metrics to inform decisions, such as analyzing sell-through performance to recommend product focus or outlet pricing strategies.

Participate in the store hiring process, including recruitment, selection, hiring recommendations, onboarding, and training.

Address team member performance and support ongoing development through direct feedback, in-the-moment recognition, coaching, demonstrations, and hands-on learning.

Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by building supportive working relationships.

When acting as Supervisor on Duty during store hours, lead from the floor to ensure guests receive technical product education and a consistently exceptional experience.
Job Requirements
Eligibility
-
Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.

Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel to the assigned store.
Schedule / Availability

Work schedules vary based on store needs.

Shifts may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

During peak periods, special events, or other business needs, schedules may require early mornings, late nights, or overnight shifts.
Experience
-
Minimum of one (1) year of work experience.
-
Some experience in inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics, including the use of business technology.

Some experience leading, mentoring, delegating tasks, or supporting process implementation.
Job Assets (Preferred, Not Required)

Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent or higher.

Experience in retail, sales, distribution center, or warehouse operations, including reviewing and interpreting business reports and metrics to inform action.

For experiential stores with food and beverage service only: food safety and/or liquor service certification.

Work Context

Work involves movement throughout the store, including front-of-house environments with bright lighting and music, as well as back-of-house areas without natural light.

Tasks are completed both independently and as part of a team, with periodic use of computers or other technical devices.

The role may occasionally require lifting boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg) or using ladders to access materials.

For experiential stores with food and beverage service only, work may involve industrial kitchen equipment and exposure to heat during food or beverage preparation.
Compensation & Benefits Package

Base Pay Range: $21.50 – $24.74 per hour, subject to local minimum wage requirements

Target Bonus: $2.00 per hour

Total Target Base Pay Range: $23.50 – $26.74 per hour
