The Production Control Coordinator in Groveport will support daily distribution center operations by coordinating workflow, monitoring order queues, and resolving operational issues. Working under the Production Control Supervisor, this role helps ensure work is released efficiently across the Ecom, Retail, Strat, Transfers, and Footwear departments while meeting department and company service level agreements (SLAs).

The Production Control Team is part of the Global Distribution DC Support Functions within the broader lululemon Supply Chain organization. The team supports Health and Safety, Facilities, and Production Control across North American Distribution Centers. It plays an important role in maintaining the flow of work and helping distribution teams prioritize and complete operational requirements.

Available shifts

The position is available across multiple schedules:

• Sunday – Wednesday: 6:00am – 4:30pm
• Wednesday – Saturday: 6:00am – 4:30pm
• Wednesday – Saturday: 5:00pm – 3:30am

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate waving and workflow for all departments across the distribution center campus and provide direction for the assigned shift.
• Monitor order queues continuously across all distribution center workstreams by reviewing and analyzing reports.
• Investigate waving issues and fallout affecting departments, conduct research with the appropriate teams, and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
• Update wave rules according to business requirements and monitor them for accuracy.
• Analyze workflow and support optimization within the distribution center.
• Make timely decisions with minimal supervision while understanding their potential impact on operations and the business.
• Maintain effective communication and build strong, trusting relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Collaborate with team members in a supportive and open working environment.
• Update reports throughout the shift and communicate shift metrics.
• Participate in training, team-building activities, meetings, and personal development.
• Provide support for other requests from management and internal or external partners as required.

Qualifications and experience

• Experience with Manhattan WMS is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with the business clearly.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
• Strong computer skills and some experience using Microsoft Excel.
• Experience analyzing reports and developing templates.
• Ability to meet attendance requirements.
• Ability to maintain a safe working environment.
• Flexibility to work a schedule that may include nights, required holidays, some weekends, occasional after-hours requirements, and overtime.
• Sufficient proficiency in understanding, speaking, and reading English to follow safety policies, training, and instructions. Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and benefits

• Typical hiring range: $22.95 – $25.50 per hour, subject to the minimum wage applicable in the location.
• Target bonus: 5%.
• Total target base pay range: $24.10 – $26.78 per hour.
• Additional shift premium: $1.00 – $1.00, depending on location.
