About this team
lululemon is looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Strategic Sales Team. You will support our growth across EMEA. The role is based at our London SSC, with a 4-day-in-office policy, excluding travel and market visits.
Our channel builds strategic partnerships with organisations and communities across the globe. These partnerships create positive guest and brand impact beyond our four walls.

Core responsibilities
Inclusion and communication
- Communicate clearly and inclusively across all audiences.
- Show deep expertise in product, brand vision, and business operations to represent the company well.
Partner development and management
- Identify and secure strategic partners. Lead negotiations and build long-term brand relationships.
- Develop and execute partner strategy aligned to EMEA objectives. Deliver revenue and profitability targets.
- Own go-to-market execution. This includes showroom setup, seasonal presentations, and order management with cross-functional teams.
- Drive brand presence through partner initiatives, branded spaces, and pop-ups. Secure premium positioning.
- Lead the recruitment, training, and performance management of brand specialists.
- Engage partners regularly. Drive sales performance and make sure brand execution stays consistent.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform strategy.
Business performance and reporting
- Take accountability for sales performance. Deliver against quarterly and annual targets.
- Track partner sell-through. Drive in-season reorders and inventory optimisation.
- Contribute to Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) and executive reporting.
Cross-functional collaboration and team leadership
- Partner with Brand and Marketing to optimise assortments and campaign execution.
- Collaborate with Wholesale Operations and Accounts Receivable to improve shipping and payment performance.
- Mentor and develop the Wholesale Specialist and Coordinator.
Product planning and buying
- Work with Merchandising and Planning teams to align global assortments and strategies.
- Evolve buying approaches to meet changing partner and market needs.
