Strategic Sales Account Manager Germany is a full-time role based in Berlin, Germany, supporting lululemon’s EMEA growth across Germany and the UK&I markets. This position is part of the Strategic Sales Team and focuses on building strong partnerships with organizations, communities, and key market influencers.

lululemon is seeking a confident and commercially minded Strategic Sales Account Manager to identify new strategic partners, manage existing accounts, support partner launches, and help create quality experiences that strengthen guest and brand impact beyond the company’s four walls.

This role is ideal for an experienced relationship manager, account manager, or customer-facing professional with fluency in German and English, strong business planning skills, and a passion for lululemon’s product, brand, and community impact.

About the Team

lululemon’s Strategic Sales Team supports EMEA growth by developing meaningful partnerships across Germany and the UK&I. The channel works with organizations and communities around the world to create positive guest and brand impact beyond traditional store operations.

The Strategic Sales Program is focused on building strong partnerships and creating quality experiences for partners. These partnerships help support store and eCommerce success by connecting with leading yoga and athletic influencers and sharing lululemon’s best-in-class technical product.

About the Role

As a Strategic Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, managing, and growing strategic partnerships across markets. You will work closely with community partners and internal teams to understand market needs, build product and influencer partnerships, and support initiatives that strengthen sales performance.

You will also support partner operations, including orders, inventory, accounts receivable, product training, visual merchandising, buying, and sell-through strategies. The role requires a strong entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trust quickly with partners and stakeholders.

Core Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new strategic partners across Germany and UK&I markets.
  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio of strategic accounts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with community partners to understand market needs.
  • Drive impactful initiatives that support business growth and brand visibility.
  • Build innovative product and influencer partnerships using an entrepreneurial and brand-building approach.
  • Execute quarterly sales plans to drive sales performance.
  • Track results and report on business trends.
  • Support partner launches and B2B integration activities.
  • Participate in in-market visits and support partner engagement.
  • Provide training on product, visual merchandising, buying, and sell-through strategies.
  • Uphold lululemon’s brand integrity across all partner activities.
  • Manage partner operations, including orders, inventory, and accounts receivable.
  • Actively share lululemon’s culture, leadership mindset, and community values.

Qualifications

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in relationship management, account management, or customer-facing roles.
  • Post-secondary education is required.
  • Education in business, sales, or marketing is preferred.
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to build and execute business plans.
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to connect naturally with others.
  • Ability to build trust and influence quickly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Passion for lululemon’s product, brand, and community impact.
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately one week per month in the UK.
