Want to shape how a global brand builds its supply chain technology? This Senior Solution Architect job in Vancouver Lululemon is a hybrid role with lululemon. You would join the Upstream Supply Chain Technology team and design solutions that power the business from raw materials to finished goods.

About the team

The Upstream Supply Chain Technology team helps run lululemon’s supply chain. We do this through smart, innovative technology. Our purpose is to help the wider business innovate and deliver on its strategic vision. That vision includes better sourcing and manufacturing, a responsible supply chain, and superior product quality.

We are a team that dares to innovate. We support each other. We strengthen our partnerships, and we collaborate while having fun. Our engineering team builds secure, reliable, and high-performing products. These products enable USCT planning and execution work.

We follow the ideas behind Agile, DevOps, and SRE. This speeds up our development. It also helps us create a fun, inclusive, and supportive place to work. We believe the journey is better when it is shared, so we focus on the future, not the past.

About the role

As a Senior Solution Architect, you will design and own complex solution designs. These designs enable priority business capabilities. They also deliver measurable results across many systems and business areas.

You will work closely with business and technology leaders. Together, you will define target solution architectures. You will document your designs with clear trade-offs and evolution considerations. You will also explain the architecture in a clear, compelling way. Your audience will include both technical and non-technical people.

You will guide teams through system selection and build-versus-buy decisions. You will make sure solutions align with domain and enterprise standards. And you will give steady architectural guidance all the way through delivery.

You bring deep expertise across architecture, software engineering, cloud, and integration. You use it to solve complex challenges. You also make sure solutions are scalable, resilient, and fit for purpose.

  • Experience researching and evaluating technologies for multi-system solutions. You should be comfortable leading platform selection discussions against clear evaluation criteria.
  • A proven ability to connect architectural decisions to business goals. You should be able to assess stakeholder impact and explain technical complexity to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience solutioning end-to-end full-stack applications, and integrating SaaS and PaaS systems.
  • Familiarity with databases, ML Ops principles, and ML and data processing tools such as Databricks.
