The Real Time Analyst Team Lead owns live operations across many Lines of Business. You will protect queue stability and SLAs. You will also drive strong operational execution in a 24/7 environment.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end daily operations of the RTA function across all Lines of Business. Make sure queues stay stable and SLAs are met.
• Act as the primary source of truth for live operations. Drive root cause analysis and decision-making during critical incidents.
• Lead and develop a team of RTAs. Set high performance standards, coach toward autonomy, and build a culture of operational ownership.
• Build scalable queue management frameworks. Evolve operational playbooks so the team relies less on tribal knowledge.
• Review and improve current SOPs, workflows, and escalation processes using first-principles thinking.
• Partner across Workforce Management, Operations, Vendor Management, and Leadership. Provide operational clarity and drive alignment.
• Keep a high level of skill in Google Sheets and operational tools. Build models, automate workflows, and support forensic investigations.
• Write concise, executive-level operational updates. Clearly explain business impact, operational risks, and recommended actions.

Who we are looking for

• Proven experience leading Real Time Analysts, Workforce Management teams, or live operations functions in high-volume settings.
• Strong operational judgement. You stay calm and decisive during high-pressure incidents or service disruptions.
• Exceptional analytical and investigative skills. You have deep skill in Google Sheets, queue analysis, and operational modelling.
• A high-accountability operator. You own outcomes and reduce operational risks before they escalate.
• Strong written communication. You can turn complex operational issues into clear executive-level narratives.
• Experience building or improving operational frameworks, SOPs, and scalable team processes from the ground up.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and constantly changing environment.
• A passion for coaching highly autonomous, “agentic” operators who spot opportunities and solve problems on their own.
