Job Description

WNS is seeking a professional and customer-focused Inbound Call Centre Agent to support general enquiries for Ampath patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound calls and email communications, delivering accurate information, and ensuring a high standard of customer service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls and email enquiries from Ampath patients in a professional and courteous manner

  • Provide accurate information and resolve general patient enquiries effectively

  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, service level agreements, and performance metrics

  • Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions

  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12) qualification

  • Minimum of 12 months call centre experience, preferably within PEP

  • Demonstrated achievement of performance and productivity metrics

  • Clear phasing records

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage professionally with customers
