What you will be doing

• Drive compliance, commercial performance, and profitability across a varied portfolio.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, planners, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Build strong relationships and keep projects commercially on track.

What we are looking for

We are looking for a commercially astute professional with:

• Proven quantity surveying experience.
• A strong understanding of commercial contract management.
• Experience in a client-led construction or project environment.
• Great communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• The ability to work with autonomy and confidence.
• Professional membership or qualifications in RICS, CIOB, ICES, or similar (desirable).
