Job Description

UCHealth is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to serve the Longmont community through its specialized outpatient pelvic health program.

The role focuses on delivering individualized patient care while working alongside a team of highly experienced rehabilitation professionals. Therapists are given dedicated one-on-one treatment time, allowing them to focus on each patient’s needs and provide high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy
• Active Colorado State Physical Therapist License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider Certification
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Valid certification before start date
• Certification must remain valid through at least 60 days after hire

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy
• Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy
• Pelvic Health clinical experience
• Experience treating pelvic pain conditions
• Experience working with oncology-related pelvic health patients
