Job Description
UCHealth is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to serve the Longmont community through its specialized outpatient pelvic health program.
The role focuses on delivering individualized patient care while working alongside a team of highly experienced rehabilitation professionals. Therapists are given dedicated one-on-one treatment time, allowing them to focus on each patient’s needs and provide high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments

- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy
- Active Colorado State Physical Therapist License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider Certification
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Valid certification before start date
- Certification must remain valid through at least 60 days after hire
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy
- Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy
- Pelvic Health clinical experience
- Experience treating pelvic pain conditions
- Experience working with oncology-related pelvic health patients
