What you will do

• Operate and maintain high voltage networks (up to 33kV).
• Deliver both planned and reactive maintenance.
• Lead operational and control tasks, making sure all work meets Health and Safety standards.
• Mentor junior staff and build a culture of safety and excellence.

What we are looking for

• Experience operating and maintaining distribution systems up to 33kV.
• ONC or HNC (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering.
• Relevant safety qualifications, such as IOSH.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
