Key responsibilities

Guest experience

  • Interact with guests to create a great guest experience. Always value the guest’s time.
  • Assess each guest’s needs. Provide customised, effective purchase and return solutions and support.
  • Provide technical product education. Explain the value and benefit of the product.
  • Deliver a smooth, end-to-end guest experience. Carry out accurate, timely transactions and run market-relevant omnichannel programs to company standards. These include buy online and pick up in store, phone sales, and ship-from-store options.
  • Move dynamically on the floor. Keep engaging with guests and attend to guest or store needs.
  • Receive guest feedback. Partner with store leadership to take the right action and “make it right” for guests.

Working with others

  • Help build a respectful, inclusive team. Welcome and celebrate differences so every team member and guest feels supported.
  • Build supportive, productive relationships with all team members.
  • Collaborate with team members to give the best guest experience and support store operations.

Operations

  • Carry out product presentation tasks to company standards. This includes putting items back in place, restocking the floor from inventory, and destocking or relocating items.
  • Use in-store technology to support store operations and create positive guest experiences.
  • Carry out cleaning tasks as needed during your shift to keep the store’s luxury feel.
  • Understand and follow people-safety policies and procedures to keep the workplace safe.
  • Carry out work in line with all relevant policies, procedures, and laws or regulations.

Job requirements

Eligibility

  • You must be legally authorised to work in the country where the store is located.
  • You must be 18 years of age or older.
  • You must have proof of the Right to Work and any related local legislative requirements (EMEA only).
  • You must be able to travel to your assigned store with your own transport.

Availability

  • You should be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Other willingness requirements

  • Willing to work in an environment with bright lights and loud music.
  • Willing to move through a store for most of a shift to help guests and get work done.
  • Willing to move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg).
  • Willing to work as part of a team and also complete some work on your own.
