About the role

Due to rapid expansion, our client is looking for a BIM Information Manager to join the team. You must be genuinely passionate about BIM and digital construction.

Responsibilities and duties

• Develop, put in place, and support BIM documentation, processes, and protocols. You will do this for a range of customers and projects.
• Run Information Management projects for many different clients.
• Use Revit for 3D model creation.
• Use Solibri or Navisworks for clash detection and data checking.
• Export and federate COBie spreadsheets for construction projects.
• Support the business development team with prospects. This includes technical qualification, preparation, scope of works, and the delivery of effective demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Deliver better solutions directly to clients and drive positive change. The goal is strong personal results and high customer satisfaction.

Experience and qualifications

Essential

• A construction, engineering, or architectural background.
• Revit, Navisworks, and Microsoft applications.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A customer-focused relationship builder.
• Self-motivated and able to work from home efficiently.
• A strong understanding of the BIM industry and digital construction.

Bonus and advantageous

• Solibri experience is a bonus.
• Main contractor client-side experience is advantageous.
• A BIM Manager, BIM Coordinator, or BIM Information Manager background is ideal.
