lululemon is hiring for Part Time Educator jobs in Tulalip, Washington, at Seattle Premium Outlet. The Educator role is central to delivering exceptional customer, or guest, experiences within the retail store.

Educators engage with guests, build meaningful connections, provide product education, and represent the company’s community and culture in an authentic manner.

Guest experience responsibilities

  • Interact with guests to deliver a positive experience while respecting their time.
  • Assess guest needs and provide suitable support for purchases and returns.
  • Deliver technical product education by clearly communicating product features, value, and benefits.
  • Support a seamless end-to-end guest experience by processing transactions accurately and promptly.
  • Execute relevant omnichannel programs, including buy online and pickup in store, phone sales, and ship-from-store options, in line with company standards.
  • Remain active on the sales floor to engage with guests and respond to guest or store needs.
  • Receive guest feedback and work with store leadership to take appropriate action and resolve concerns.

Teamwork and collaboration

  • Contribute to a respectful and inclusive workplace that values and celebrates differences.
  • Build supportive and productive relationships with team members.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an optimal guest experience and support store operations.

Store operations

  • Complete product presentation activities, including returning items to their proper locations, restocking merchandise, replenishing depleted items, and relocating products as required.
  • Use in-store technology to support daily operations and enhance the guest experience.
  • Perform cleaning duties as needed throughout each shift to maintain the store environment.
  • Follow people safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe workplace.
  • Carry out duties in accordance with applicable company policies, procedures, laws, and regulations.

Job requirements

Eligibility

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must provide proof of the Right to Work and supporting documentation relating to applicable local legislative requirements for EMEA locations only.
  • Must be able to travel to the assigned store using personal transportation methods.

Availability

  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Other willingness requirements

  • Willing to work in an environment with bright lights and loud music.
  • Able and willing to move throughout the store for most of the shift while assisting guests and completing assigned duties.
  • Willing to move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg).
  • Comfortable working both as part of a team and independently when required.

Preferred qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Compensation and bonus

Base Pay Range: $20.50 – $23.59 per hour, subject to the minimum wage applicable to the location.

Target Bonus: $2.00 per hour.

Total Target Base Pay Range: $22.50 – $25.59 per hour.

lululemon’s compensation approach follows a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. Base pay is determined by market location and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.

Employees in this role may also be eligible for the company’s competitive bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
