About the role

The Sales Officer role encompasses more than just selling; it is centered around creating long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring that customers receive the appropriate products, and consistently providing an exceptional shopping experience. Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and attend to their needs.

• Assist customers in selecting products, process their purchases, and manage point-of-sale transactions.

• Offer accurate product information to help customers make informed decisions.

• Ensure that shelves are stocked, organized, and well-merchandised.

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers.

• Address customer inquiries, resolve basic concerns, and escalate issues when necessary.

• Maintain accurate records of sales, appointments, and customer feedback.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to company policies.

What we’re looking for

• OND or HND qualification.

• At least 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, pharmacy, or retail.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Proficient computer literacy and experience with sales systems.

• A passion for customer service and attention to detail.

• This position is open to male applicants (gender balance).

• Must reside in or around Surulere, Ojuelegba, Ijora, Apapa, Mushin, Fadeyi, Yaba, or nearby areas.

Salary

• N100,000 – N150,000 per month.
