Role Overview

The Graduate Organisational Development Intern will support organisational development initiatives by contributing research, analysis, and administrative assistance. This role is designed for NYSC corps members seeking practical exposure in organisational development within a fast-paced, technology-focused environment.

Requirements

• Must be a 2026 (Batch A) or 2025 (Batch C) NYSC corps member currently deployed to Edo or Lagos State

• Possession of a First Degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper Division from a recognised institution

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

• Applicant must not be older than 28 years

• Strong research and analytical skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
