The Educator role focuses on delivering an excellent guest experience in lululemon retail stores. Educators engage with guests, understand their needs, provide suitable purchase and return support, and explain the value and benefits of lululemon products.
This role also supports store operations by completing product presentation tasks, using in-store technology, maintaining the luxury store environment, and following company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Guest Experience

- Support a seamless end-to-end guest experience through accurate and timely transactions.
- Execute market-relevant omnichannel programs according to company standards.
- Support services such as buy online/pickup in store, phone sales, and ship-from-store options.
- Move dynamically across the store floor to engage with guests and respond to store needs.
- Receive guest feedback and work with store leadership to take appropriate action and make it right for guests.

Store Operations

- Put items back in place and maintain an organized store floor.
- Restock or add depleted items to the floor from inventory.
- Destock or relocate items as required.
- Use in-store technology to support operations and improve guest experiences.
- Carry out cleaning tasks during shifts to maintain the luxury environment of the store.
- Understand and follow people safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain a safe working environment.
- Perform work in line with applicable policies, procedures, laws, and regulations.

Job Requirements
Eligibility
Applicants must meet the following requirements:

- Must have the ability to travel to the assigned store using their own transportation methods.
Availability
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule.
- Availability should include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Work in an environment with bright lights and loud music.
- Move through the store for most of the shift to help guests and complete tasks.
- Move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs / 13.6 kg.
- Work as part of a team.
