Job Description

The role is responsible for managing lateral hiring for the Pune location and EU hiring across India under a third-party payroll arrangement. The position requires 2–5 years of recruitment experience, with hands-on responsibility for the full end-to-end hiring process.

Key duties include developing and updating job descriptions, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, managing salary negotiations, and supporting onboarding to ensure smooth integration. The role involves using effective recruitment tools to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and suitability while meeting defined timelines.

The successful candidate will apply HR recruitment best practices, prepare clear recruitment reports, manage stakeholders, and act as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the selection process. Familiarity with job portals, direct hiring channels, and strong communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage lateral hiring for Pune and EU hiring across India
