Position Overview

The Sales Operations Support role delivers structured operational, analytical, and system-level support to Fintech sales teams. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate sales reporting, facilitating efficient agent onboarding, and ensuring seamless coordination across sales-related functions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain sales and agent records across CRM systems and fintech platforms to ensure data integrity.

  • Produce daily and monthly reports covering sales performance, transaction volumes, and operational metrics.

  • Support agent onboarding by coordinating required documentation and overseeing KYC verification processes.

  • Monitor sales KPIs, transaction patterns, and agent performance indicators to support performance tracking.

  • Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, Risk, and Finance teams to align sales activities with business objectives.

  • Assist with sales incentive tracking and reconciliation to ensure accurate and timely payouts.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, or a related discipline

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales operations or fintech support roles

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with CRM systems or dashboards is an added advantage

  • Exceptional attention to detail with a strong emphasis on data accuracy
