Position Overview
The Sales Operations Support role delivers structured operational, analytical, and system-level support to Fintech sales teams. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate sales reporting, facilitating efficient agent onboarding, and ensuring seamless coordination across sales-related functions.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain sales and agent records across CRM systems and fintech platforms to ensure data integrity.

Produce daily and monthly reports covering sales performance, transaction volumes, and operational metrics.

Support agent onboarding by coordinating required documentation and overseeing KYC verification processes.

Monitor sales KPIs, transaction patterns, and agent performance indicators to support performance tracking.

Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, Risk, and Finance teams to align sales activities with business objectives.

Assist with sales incentive tracking and reconciliation to ensure accurate and timely payouts.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, or a related discipline

1–3 years of experience in sales operations or fintech support roles

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with CRM systems or dashboards is an added advantage

Exceptional attention to detail with a strong emphasis on data accuracy
