Overview
The Sales and Marketing Executive will oversee sales activities for plastic houseware products. The role involves engaging customers to obtain orders, maintaining accurate sales documentation, and conducting regular market visits to assess customer concerns and competitor activities. The successful candidate will provide actionable market feedback to enhance overall sales performance.
Key responsibilities

Engage customers via telephone or in-person visits to receive and process orders for the product range.

Maintain consistent follow-up with regular customers and targeted product customers to drive repeat purchases.

Prepare and process sales documentation in coordination with the Accounts department.

Liaise with the Stores department to ensure timely product supply to customers.

Communicate new product launches and price updates to customers.

Gather competitor pricing information for comparison and sales analysis.

Conduct routine market visits to discuss sales matters and strengthen customer relationships.

Provide market intelligence reports to the Sales Head.

Contact customers for product-specific discussions and updates.
Desired skills and experience
-
Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in sales.

Experience in a manufacturing company is an added advantage.

Prior experience in plastic product sales is advantageous.

Strong communication skills are required.

Demonstrated strong work ethic and interpersonal skills are preferred.
