Job Description
The Educator role is foundational to the success of lululemon. Educators are responsible for delivering world-class guest experiences in our retail stores by engaging authentically with guests, providing high-quality product education, and representing our community and culture. This role focuses on building meaningful connections, supporting guests’ needs, and contributing to a collaborative, inclusive store environment.
Core Responsibilities
Guest (Customer) Experience

Engage with guests to deliver exceptional experiences that respect and value their time

Assess guest needs to provide personalized purchasing and return solutions
-
Deliver technical product education by clearly articulating product features, benefits, and value
-
Ensure a seamless end-to-end guest journey through accurate transactions and execution of omnichannel programs in line with company standards

Provide dynamic floor coverage to engage multiple guests and support store needs
-
Capture guest feedback and partner with store leadership to take appropriate action and resolve concerns

Inform guests about local community programs and participate in planning and executing community initiatives (e.g., local run clubs, International Day of Yoga)
Working with Others

Contribute to a respectful, inclusive team environment that values and celebrates differences

Build supportive and productive relationships with all team members

Collaborate with colleagues to ensure optimal guest experiences and effective store operations
Operations

Perform product presentation tasks in accordance with company standards, including restocking, organizing, relocating, and de-stocking merchandise

Utilize in-store technology to support operations and enhance guest experiences
-
Maintain the luxury environment of the store by completing cleaning tasks as required
-
Follow people safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment

Perform all duties in compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and legal or regulatory requirements

Ability to move throughout the store for the majority of the shift

Willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team while also completing tasks independently
Job Assets (Preferred, Not Required)

Education: High School or Secondary School diploma or equivalent
