Job Summary

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Specialist works closely with business leaders to align human resources strategies with organizational priorities. The role provides both strategic and operational HR support aimed at improving performance, strengthening employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and internal policies.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Partnership

  • Collaborate with business leaders to deliver HR solutions that support operational and strategic objectives.

  • Align people management initiatives with business goals to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Employee Relations and Workforce Support

  • Provide professional guidance on employee relations matters, performance management, and workforce planning.

  • Support a consistent and compliant approach to managing people-related issues.

Talent Management and Development

  • Contribute to talent management initiatives, including recruitment, employee development, and succession planning.

  • Support programs that strengthen workforce capability and long-term talent pipelines.

Compliance and HR Governance

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, internal HR policies, and organizational standards.

  • Support the consistent application of HR policies across business units.

HR Analytics and Engagement

  • Analyze HR metrics and generate insights to support informed decision-making.

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and support change management activities across the organization.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  • Three (3) to four (4) years of experience in HR generalist or HR business partner roles.

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor legislation.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.


Salary

₦300,000 – ₦400,000 per month
