Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing digital marketing initiatives that promote Maybrands’ products and services. This role focuses on driving online visibility, customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion through data-driven digital strategies.


Job Description

  • Lead the planning and implementation of digital marketing strategies to promote Maybrands’ offerings.

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage email campaigns, events, social media platforms, and creative content in line with the marketing calendar to increase website traffic and conversions.

  • Manage online customer acquisition and retention initiatives, including SEO, email marketing, affiliate marketing, graphics, and social media marketing.

  • Analyze ongoing marketing performance to identify opportunities, recommend enhancements, and implement improvements that drive revenue growth, brand visibility, and customer experience.

  • Plan and manage email marketing activities on a consistent schedule, grow the subscriber base, develop engaging content, and conduct testing to optimize performance.

  • Utilize Google Analytics and other tracking tools to provide strategic and tactical marketing recommendations.

  • Benchmark, measure, and evaluate the effectiveness of digital initiatives such as email campaigns, events, promotions, SEO efforts, affiliate programs, and future online marketing activities.

  • Collaborate with web developers to implement required website updates and improvements.

  • Conduct keyword research aligned with business objectives to optimize existing content and identify new growth opportunities.

  • Deliver SEO analysis and recommendations based on website structure, content elements, and page architecture.

  • Develop and manage content strategies in alignment with SEO objectives, including both general and keyword-specific initiatives.

  • Support the creation and distribution of marketing content for social media platforms, including customer video briefs, case studies, blog articles, and user-generated content.

  • Stay informed on emerging trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing, analytics, and performance measurement.

  • Perform other duties aligned with the responsibilities of the role.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in digital marketing or a related role.
