We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job summary

The Account Officer is responsible for supporting daily accounting and financial operations, ensuring accurate financial records, timely documentation, and adherence to internal financial controls and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily finance operations, including receipts, payments, postings, and reconciliations

• Maintain accurate records of invoices, expenses, and petty cash transactions

• Assist with payroll support documentation and vendor records

• Prepare basic financial reports and ensure timely filing of accounting documents

• Support compliance with internal controls and respond to audit-related requests

Qualifications and skills

• OND in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline

• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and financial principles

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

• Strong attention to detail and sound organisational skills

• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
