Program Overview

The Management Trainee Program 2026 is a 10-week structured training program developed to groom exceptional graduates for professional roles within the Manufacturing (Recycling) sector. The program combines classroom instruction with hands-on workplace experience to build functional and leadership capabilities.

Training Structure and Duration

The 10-week program is delivered in three progressive phases:

• Six (6) weeks of intensive classroom-based training

• Two (2) weeks of on-the-job practical training

• Two (2) weeks of recap and consolidation classroom sessions

Educational Qualifications

Applicants must possess one of the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (BSc or B.Eng.) with a minimum of Second Class Lower

• Higher National Diploma (HND) with at least an Upper Credit

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Six (6) months to two (2) years of relevant work experience

• Not more than 28 years of age
