Senior Specialist at TTUHSC

Position Description

This position involves performing specialized and complex duties to support the coordination and implementation of assigned projects and programs. Work is carried out under supervision and within established guidelines, with performance evaluated based on overall outcomes achieved.

Major / Essential Functions

• Assist with the development and implementation of training programs

• Prepare and deliver professional presentations

• Participate in public speaking engagements as required

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma plus five (5) years of relevant experience

• Additional education may substitute for experience on a year-for-year basis

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in developing presentations

• Proficiency in a range of software applications, including Microsoft Office

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Pay Grade Maximum: 19.23

Pay Statement

Compensation is based on the selected candidate’s qualifications, departmental budget guidelines, and the institutional pay plan. Additional information is available on the TTUHSC institutional pay plan website.
