Role Summary

The Sales Trainer is accountable for the development and delivery of structured, fintech-oriented sales and product training programs. This role is designed to strengthen the performance and effectiveness of agents, dealers, and sales teams through targeted learning interventions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver training programs covering fintech products, agent acquisition strategies, and transaction growth initiatives.

  • Facilitate onboarding and refresher training sessions for sales teams and agent networks.

  • Provide training on KYC, AML, fraud prevention, and applicable regulatory standards.

  • Create and maintain training materials, job aids, and digital learning resources.

  • Evaluate training outcomes by assessing effectiveness and post-training performance impact.

  • Support field coaching activities, including ride-along and on-the-job training sessions.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Training completion and certification achievement rates

  • Transaction growth following training interventions

  • Training feedback scores and overall effectiveness ratings


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales training within fintech, telecommunications, or banking environments

  • Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation capabilities

  • Solid understanding of digital financial services and agent-based distribution networks
