Job Description

The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales operations, driving revenue growth, and managing a high-performing sales team. This role requires a results-driven professional with strong leadership capabilities. Candidates must reside within or in close proximity to the Ikota, Lekki–Ajah axis to support operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly revenue targets.

  • Lead, coach, and supervise the sales team to ensure optimal performance.

  • Drive customer acquisition initiatives and expand revenue streams.

  • Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term client relationships.

  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular management reports.


Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience as a Sales Manager or in a comparable leadership role.

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and deal-closing abilities.

  • Target-focused mindset with sound reporting and performance tracking skills.

  • Prior experience in financial services, loans, or investment products is an added advantage.

  • Residence within the Ikota / Lekki–Ajah axis is mandatory.


Compensation

  • Basic Salary: ₦250,000

  • Commission: Attractive, performance-based incentives
