Position: Sales and Relationship Officer – Ghana (Fully Remote)

Sugarbox is a global provider of gift card solutions focused on simplifying and enhancing the gifting experience through convenient and reliable digital products. As part of our growth, we are seeking a highly capable and target-driven Sales and Relationship Officer to support our sales operations and manage key customer and supplier relationships in a fully remote capacity.

This role is suited to a results-oriented professional who performs effectively in a fast-paced digital sales environment, demonstrates initiative, and can drive revenue while maintaining structured, long-term relationships with both buyers and suppliers. The successful candidate will play a central role in ensuring a smooth and profitable buying and selling process across our digital channels.

Individuals with a challenger mindset—who approach objections as opportunities and apply creative problem-solving to close deals—will be well suited for this position.


Key Responsibilities

Sales Execution and Revenue Growth

  • Actively sell discounted gift cards via Telegram, ensuring consistent daily sales performance.

  • Take full ownership of individual sales results, applying persistence, creativity, and problem-solving to meet targets.

  • Identify and implement new strategies to improve sales volumes, attract buyers, and maximize profitability.

Customer and Supplier Relationship Management

  • Proactively engage customers, address inquiries, manage objections, and resolve issues efficiently.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and suppliers to support retention and repeat transactions.

  • Communicate and negotiate effectively with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and profitable deal structures.

Market Awareness and Transaction Management

  • Monitor market trends to inform pricing decisions and stock availability.

  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, minimizing delays, errors, and refunds.

  • Ensure a seamless end-to-end buying and selling experience across all interactions.


Skills & Requirements

  • Demonstrated sales capability; experience in Telegram sales, crypto, e-commerce, or fast-paced digital sales environments is an advantage.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to sell, persuade, negotiate, and build trust.

  • High emotional intelligence and self-awareness, enabling tactful engagement with customers and suppliers, including in challenging situations.

  • Proactive and assertive approach, with the ability to take initiative without close supervision.

  • Sales challenger mindset, with confidence in overcoming objections and driving conversions.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to adapt quickly and execute effective sales strategies.

  • Creative problem-solver capable of identifying new methods to reach targets and expand the customer base.

  • Results-driven and hardworking, with a strong commitment to achieving and exceeding performance goals.

  • Prior exposure to digital sales, gift cards, crypto, or fintech is beneficial but not mandatory.
