Job Summary

The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth and enhancing brand presence at the Surulere office. The role focuses on executing effective sales and marketing strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building sustainable customer relationships to support organizational objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement targeted marketing strategies to improve brand visibility and attract new customers.

  • Identify, pursue, and convert qualified sales leads into profitable business opportunities.

  • Conduct market research to assess customer needs, preferences, and local market trends.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns, promotional materials, and sales events.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report sales and marketing performance metrics.

  • Support the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Represent the company professionally at community events, exhibitions, and trade fairs.

  • Provide management with feedback on market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities.

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue targets and assigned objectives.

  • Operate a vehicle when required; possession of a valid driving licence is an added advantage.


Requirements

  • B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum of three (3) years post-NYSC experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the education sector.

  • Demonstrated creativity and enthusiasm for developing innovative marketing strategies.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Valid driving licence with practical driving ability.

  • Residence within or close to Bode Thomas Road, Surulere, Lagos State, is an advantage.

  • Willingness to work on alternate Saturdays each month.


Salary

₦250,000 – ₦300,000 monthly.
