Job Summary

The Operations Manager will lead and manage the organization’s daily operational activities, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to internal policies and applicable Nigerian regulations. This role focuses on team leadership, process optimization, cost control, and operational support for sustained business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise day-to-day operational functions across the organization

• Develop, implement, and maintain operational policies, procedures, and standards

• Track operational performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare management reports

• Supervise, train, and appraise operational staff and supervisors

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and Nigerian labor regulations

• Collaborate with internal departments including Human Resources, Finance, Procurement, and Sales

• Manage operational budgets and implement cost control measures

• Identify operational risks and execute corrective and preventive actions

• Address operational challenges and manage escalations in a timely manner

• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related discipline

• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in an operations or management role

• Proven leadership and people management capabilities

• Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and workplace regulations (an added advantage)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operations management tools

• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills

Salary

₦250,000 per month
