About the Role

Infytel Communications Limited is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Junior Account Manager to join its Sales & Business Development team within the IT Systems Integration business. This position extends beyond administrative support, offering the opportunity to independently manage and grow small to medium-sized client accounts. The role involves building lasting client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and closing sales aligned with Infytel’s technology solutions.

This position is well-suited for an early-career sales professional seeking to gain hands-on experience in enterprise IT solutions and progress toward a full Account Manager role.


Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Client Relationship Development

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned small and medium-sized client accounts, managing daily interactions and relationships.

  • Assess client IT requirements and recommend suitable solutions across networking, cybersecurity, cloud services, collaboration tools, and infrastructure technologies.

  • Conduct periodic account reviews to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of account activities, interactions, and opportunities within CRM systems.

Sales & Business Development

  • Independently identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities within assigned accounts.

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, solution proposals, and commercial quotations.

  • Collaborate with pre-sales engineers and technical teams to align customer needs with appropriate solution designs.

  • Participate in tender processes, including RFPs and RFQs, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.

  • Meet and exceed assigned quarterly and annual sales targets.

Internal Coordination & Execution

  • Work closely with technical, project delivery, procurement, and support teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of customer solutions.
