The Head of Sales and Marketing will provide strategic leadership to the sales and marketing functions, with responsibility for revenue growth, market expansion, and customer engagement. The role focuses on designing and implementing effective sales strategies, strengthening brand presence, and managing high-performing sales and distribution teams.

key responsibilities

• Design and implement sales and marketing strategies to improve product visibility and drive revenue growth

• Lead, coach, and supervise sales representatives and distributors to achieve performance targets

• Conduct market research to monitor customer behavior, industry trends, and competitor activities

• Oversee social media marketing initiatives, advertising campaigns, and promotional events

• Build and sustain strong relationships with retailers, pharmacies, and distribution partners

• Monitor sales performance and prepare detailed monthly reports for management review

• Work closely with the content creator and business manager to support brand development and growth

requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline

• Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in sales and marketing

• Demonstrated leadership and team management capability

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Strategic, results-oriented mindset with a focus on growth
