Job Summary

The Executive Assistant will deliver senior-level administrative and operational support to executive leadership. This role blends traditional personal assistant responsibilities with business coordination, reporting, and analytical functions to support the effective execution of organizational priorities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end Personal Assistant and Executive Assistant support, including diary management, correspondence handling, and meeting coordination.

  • Support business operations by tracking action items, priorities, and key operational deliverables.

  • Compile KPI data, prepare management reports, and develop presentation materials for executive review.

  • Coordinate and curate social media content for leadership’s professional and personal platforms.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a similar role as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Business Support Officer.

  • Strong analytical capability with proven experience in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentation decks.

  • High level of organization, discretion, and effective written and verbal communication skills.


Salary

₦200,000 – ₦250,000 monthly.
