Westfield Consulting Limited, in collaboration with a leading organization in the Manufacturing (Recycling) industry, invites applications from high-potential graduates to participate in the Management Trainee Program 2026. This program is designed to equip selected candidates with structured training and practical exposure across key business functions.
Program Overview
The Management Trainee Program 2026 is a 10-week structured training program developed to groom exceptional graduates for professional roles within the Manufacturing (Recycling) sector. The program combines classroom instruction with hands-on workplace experience to build functional and leadership capabilities.
Training Structure and Duration
The 10-week program is delivered in three progressive phases:

Six (6) weeks of intensive classroom-based training

Two (2) weeks of on-the-job practical training

Two (2) weeks of recap and consolidation classroom sessions
